Prank/false bookings

To avoid any future prank bookings, I will have to have a contactable direct number or if you're staying in a hotel, your last name and a designated room number. I have to exercise this again as I just encountered a false booking by a person Max residing at Lush @ Holland Hill. Whoever this person claim to be and reside, I hope making a false booking had made his day better. With that said, I will have to insist all bookings to leave a contactable number. Thank you.
